Rental Guidelines

  1. Advance booking is required.

  2. Full payment or deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  3. Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during and after use.

  4. Equipment must be used properly and under supervision when applicable.

  5. Activities that may damage studio equipment or facilities are prohibited.

  6. Setup and cleanup time should be included in the rental period.

Studio Rental (No Apparatus Use)

Perfect for dance classes, rehearsals, yoga, fitness classes, workshops, photoshoots, and content creation.

₱800 / Hour

Studio Rental (With Apparatus Use)

Includes use of installed poles, aerial hoops, aerial hammocks, aerial silks, and aerial rigging, subject to availability and safety guidelines.

Event Policies
• Maximum recommended capacity: 20–30 guests (depending on setup)
• Outside food and beverages are permitted.
• Alcohol requires prior approval.
• Decorations must not damage studio walls, mirrors, flooring, or equipment.
• Glitter, confetti, smoke machines, and open flames are prohibited.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date.

Studio Rental with Apparatus Use

Includes everything under Standard Studio Rental plus:
✔ Use of installed poles
✔ Use of aerial hammocks
✔ Use of aerial hoops
✔ Use of aerial silks
✔ Access to aerial rigging points
✔ Basic crash mats (subject to availability)
Apparatus use is subject to safety guidelines and availability.

Studio Rental Policies

Booking & Payment
• Advance reservation is required.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be settled before the start of the rental period.
• Rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Time & Usage
• Rental time begins and ends according to the reserved schedule.
• Setup, preparation, and cleanup must be completed within the booked rental period.
• Additional time used beyond the reserved schedule will be charged accordingly.
• Renters must vacate the studio promptly at the end of their reservation.

Studio Care
• Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the rental period.
• Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.
• Any damage to studio property, equipment, apparatus, mirrors, flooring, or facilities will be charged to the renter.

Apparatus Use
• Pole and aerial equipment may only be used by individuals with prior experience or under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
• DAG Studio reserves the right to refuse apparatus use if safety concerns arise.
• Renters assume full responsibility for all participants using studio equipment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No-shows will forfeit all payments made.

Liability
• DAG Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
• All renters and participants acknowledge that dance, fitness, pole, and aerial activities involve inherent physical risks and participate at their own risk.
• DAG Studio reserves the right to deny entry or terminate a rental for violations of studio policies or unsafe behavior.
