1. Can we cancel a session?
No ❌, but you can reschedule your class within the validity period of your pass.
 

2. How can we reschedule?

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Bookings

  • Click Manage to reschedule
     

3. Until when can we reschedule?
You may reschedule anytime within your pass validity period.
✅ You can also move your session into the next month, as long as it is still within validity.
 

4. Do we have late fees?
No ❌. We only have one standard rate for Walk-Ins / Drop-Ins: ₱380.
 

5. What about class packages?

  • Packages must be purchased separately (4-Class, 8-Class, or Trial Pair Pack). Avail the packages here.

  • To activate your package, book your first session.

  • You’ll then receive an email confirmation once your package is active, allowing you to book the rest of your sessions.

6. What is the GC for?
Our Group Chat (GC) is mainly for:

7. What if I’m having a hard time booking?
No worries! 😌 Just message me in our GC and send me your email address + class you want to attend, or the package you want to avail, and I can manually add and book your classes for you.
