Can I cancel a session?
Yes. You may cancel or reschedule your class at least 3 hours before the class start time, provided your pass is still within its validity period.
Please note:

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 3 hours of the class will be considered late cancellations.

Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class pass or payment.
How can I reschedule my class?
To reschedule:

Log in to your account

Go to My Bookings
-
Click Manage
-
Select Reschedule
Until when can I reschedule?
You may reschedule anytime within your pass validity period.

You may also move your session into the next month as long as it is still within the validity of your pass.

All cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 3 hours before class time.
Do you have late fees?
No.
We only have one standard rate for Walk-Ins / Drop-Ins:
₱380 per class
What about class packages?
Class packages must be purchased separately:

4-Class Pass – valid for 2 months
-
8-Class Pass – valid for 4 months
-
12-Class Pass – valid for 4 months
-
2-Class Trial Pass – valid for 1 month
Avail packages via the booking page.
How does package activation work?

Your package activates once you book your first session

You will receive an email confirmation once your package is active

After activation, you may book your remaining sessions
When booking, choose:
Payment → Use My Plan

Passes may be used for all classes offered under Dance with Abby Grace (D.A.G.).
