CLASS PACKAGES POLICY

Class Packages Policy

​

1. Pass Activation & Validity

All passes activate on the date of payment and expire as follows:

  • 4-Class Pass – valid for 2 months

  • 8-Class Pass – valid for 4 months

  • 12-Class Pass – valid for 4 months

  • 2-Trial Pass – valid for 1 month

Unused passes will automatically expire once validity ends.

2. Booking & Rescheduling

All classes must be booked through our official booking page or mobile app.

You may reschedule your class anytime within your pass validity, including into the following month, provided your pass is still active.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling or cancelling a class must be completed at least 3 hours before the class start time.

This allows other students the opportunity to book available slots, especially for fully booked classes.

  • Missed classes without proper rescheduling will be counted as used.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows (within 3 hours) will result in forfeiture of the class pass or payment.

4. Package Rules

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Passes may be used for all classes offered under Dance with Abby Grace (D.A.G.).

5. Trial Pass & Promotions

  • Trial Passes are for first-time students only.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.
